KINDERGARTEN ROUND-UP REMINDER! April 14th & 15th by appointment Tri Elementary is holding kindergarten round-up to determine the number of children who will be in our kindergarten this fall. To be eligible for Kindergarten enrollment, the child must be five years of age on or before August 1, 2022. Please complete the google form listed below to provide your future student's information and reserve your appointment time. Appointment times begin at 8:00am and end at 3:00pm. Each appointment is 30 minutes. Students will meet with kindergarten teachers, school nurse, and speech therapist. We ask that you complete the form by March 11th for processing. Due to newly updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, beginning on Monday, February 28th, masks will no longer be required on South Henry School Corporation buses. Due to standing water on roadways, coupled with the potential for flash freezing, snow, and freezing rain, the South Henry School Corporation will operate on a two hour delay tomorrow, Friday, February 18th. Thank you!

We have been made aware of a water leak in the town of Lewisville that could potentially affect our water supply early next week. We have been informed that contractors plan to attempt to fix the leak on Monday, February 14th. At this time, contractors do not believe that the school's water supply will need to be shut down to do so. With that said, if water would need to be shut off, the South Henry School Corporation would not be able to have classes in person and would need to go virtual. Again, at this time, we plan to have school in person as normal. This message is intended to prepare families to have a contingency plan in place in case of a closure early next week. Titan families...we have sent a few messages previously about Proof of Residency and we are grateful for those who have helped thus far! The state of Indiana is requiring that all school corporations collect proof of residency for their students. Due to severe weather and hazardous road conditions, the South Henry School Corporation will be CLOSED and students will have an eLearning Day tomorrow, Friday, February 4, 2022. Decisions in regards to the girls basketball sectional and wrestling regional scheduled for this weekend have not yet been made. Information will be communicated as soon as more is known. Go Titans!
